The AM 终端 is an accessible 终端 in 异度神剑X. It can be found at the eastern end of 军械街 in the BLADE区 of NLA. This 中央控制台 allows the player to manage 米拉矿石 donations to 军械公司 (henceforth AMs), upgrade the 芯片 of 防具 and 武器, create 芯片 for said gear, and develop completely new gear.

The AM 终端 menu
The AM 终端 menu offers four options that correspond to the four uses listed above:

- Develop New Gear
Manage AMs
The option allows the player to donate a specified amount of 米拉矿石 to a selected AM. A donation will speed the R&D progress made by the selected AM and result in access to improved gear, which can be bought or salvaged from defeated indigens. R&D progress is also made when an active party member is equipped with the gear of a certain AM, however progress made in such a way is slower.
Upgrade Battle Traits

The option allows the player to upgrade the 芯片 of gear items. Such upgrades require Materials or Collectibles and improve the level of the buffs provided by the selected 防具 or 武器. The number of upgrades allowed varies per item. Doll Wear allows for the most upgrades, followed by light and medium 防具, while heavy 防具 has one, or no upgrade slots.
制作芯片
芯片 provide certain buffs when added to the open slots of equipped gear. The option allows the player to create 芯片 from collectibles and material found while adventuring on 米拉. An augment's recipe is hidden until the player has collected at least one of the necessary materials.
Develop New Gear
The option allows the player to craft new and unique gear from collected special materials. The 中央控制台 allows the production of 武器, 防具, Doll 武器 and Doll frames.
