荆棘之盾 (known as Heavy 突击手 in the Japanese version) is a class featured in 异度神剑X. It is one of six final classes and can only be leveled up from 重装盾卫. The 荆棘之盾 receives greatly increased HP and 近战攻击 but reduced 潜力, and has four Skill slots. Mastering this class enables Cross to equip 加特林 and 盾s with any class.
