Bulganon Nebulae are 敌人 in 异度神剑. They are members of the Nebula family, and can be found at level 85 around the Eryth Sea during 雷雨.
Along with Solare Nebulae, they are one of only two sources of Rank V Phys Def Down Crystals. They're also a good source of 以太 Up V crystals, and their gold chests can contain the best slotted 武器 in the game for four separate characters.
