Caephon is an NPC in 异度神剑 2. He is a leftherian who can be found at Rigitte Harbor in the Leftherian Archipelago during the DLC Quest Merclibay's Mightiest available as downloadable content, the New Quests Pack 3 of the Expansion Pass. Caephon will only appear if Herald, Zenobia and Electra are in the party.
