以太鹿

以太鹿 (Japanese: ケルウス, Keruusu) are quadrupedal creatures in 异度神剑X. They look like deer, similar to 阳鹿.

Description

These herbivores require large amounts of daily vegetation to survive, though they also absorb and store atmospheric 以太 in their bodies as an offensive 武器. The body parts that resemble plants are actually specialized components of exoskeletons and fur that are used for camouflage. The 'leaves' are in fact composed of 以太, the brightness of which is proportionate to the creature's overall strength--and thus, symbolic of its reproductive success.

以太鹿 have unusually long lifespans; generally, the longer one lives, the more skilled it becomes at 以太 manipulation. For this reason, the 领导 of herd is often the eldest and most experienced.

Color Variants

以太鹿 fall into two color variants:

Amber cervuses are white with yellow antlers. They can drop 以太鹿琥珀角.
Purple cervuses are grey with purple antlers. They can drop 以太鹿紫角.
