Charli is an NPC in 异度神剑 2. She can be found at Torigoth in the Gormott Province across the bridge from Abble's Fountain by the pond. Speaking to her is required during Electra's quest Go for it, Electra!, where she requests Electra run a controlled current through the pond to kill the bugs without harming the fish. Doing so requires Level 3 "Electric Mastery", and Level 2 "Mastery of Thunder".
