The 敌人 Index displaying a 「湖泊」巨耳獭
The 敌人 Index (敌人 Guide in Japanese versions) is the 怪物 in 异度神剑X. This guide allows to collect all the data about the 敌人 fought by the party throughout the game, organized by category and subcategory. It also features biology notes for each species. There are no rewards or achievements for completing the 敌人 Index.
An entry is added to the 敌人 Index when the party enters combat with the opponent, even if the party flees the battle. Defeating a particular 敌人 1 – 3 times will update the entry with more details, including its HP and 其它 stats, resistances, base EXP awarded for defeating it, and special conditions for appearances like time or weather.
The left side of the entry shows how many of that 敌人 the party has defeated, and the number of times the party has been defeated by it. For 珍稀种 it also shows the numbers of players worldwide who have defeated it or been defeated by it.
Some Bosses, 珍稀种, and Mission Exclusive 敌人 have Additional Details that give extra flavor text. Examples of these include the 「幼年」狼蜥, 「愤怒」舒拉瓦斯, 「无首皇帝」格拉迪乌斯, and 「士兵」奇美拉.
Most Mission Exclusive 敌人 are not listed in the 敌人 Index. This includes 敌人 encountered only in Squad 任务 or Support 任务.
