Fortis is an NPC in 异度神剑 2. He is a Tantalese who can be found at the Theoscaldia Palace in the Kingdom of Tantal. He is a loyal 仆人 of Eulogimenos and can be seen beside his throne at all times. He is involved with Electra's quest Go for it, Electra!, where he complains of aching 肩 and Electra offers to give him an electrically charged 肩 massage. Doing so requires Level 2 "Electric Mastery", and Level 3 "Mastery of Thunder".
