Fred is an NPC in Torna ~ The Golden Country. He is a Tor楠 who can be found at Spefan Inn in the Auresco's Formide Shopping Ward in the Kingdom of Torna. He runs the Spefan Inn shop.
He gives no quests himself, but is involved in Safety Measures, when he allow his inn to be converted into a secure bunker in case of an Aegis attack. Upon its completion his Community is gained alongside that of Wayton.
