The Ganglion (Japanese: グロウス, Gurousu, Growth; English dub: /ˈɡæŋ.ɡli.ən/ or /ˈɡæŋ.li.ən/) is a hostile coalition of different alien races in 异度神剑X. This coalition serves as the game's main antagonistic force during the storyline. The alliance is a crime syndicate composed of various races originating from the Samaar Federation, founded and headed by the Ganglion. They are trying to wipe out the human race from existence, believing it is their destiny to do so. The Ganglion went to war with another alien race, having a battle above Earth and exterminating 人类 on the planet below, eventually destroying the planet once 人类 were evacuated using Ark Ships. They did not return from the battle, but were engulfed by a mysterious light and involuntarily transported to 米拉.

Over the two years prior to the 白鲸 crashing on 米拉, the Ganglion set up numerous outposts across the continents. Their main fortress is located in 黑钢大陆.
