A 毒黾
毒黾 (Japanese: ギラファ, Girafa) are 昆虫类 敌人 in 异度神剑X. Although the term seems to be derived from water striders (family Gerridae), they more closely resemble fleas. They can be found in 忘却溪谷, 白树大陆, and 黑钢大陆.
Destroying a gerrid's back will release a toxic cloud, causing the 毒黾 to gain an ether-attribute ranged spike and Calm I buff.
Description
"Vivid creatures with tentacles that are tipped with mouths. Anything they find—organism, rock, or magma—gets sucked into the mobile maws and converted into electrical energy. Said energy is then used to power their life processes and attack 敌人. 毒黾 make for poor prey 感谢 to defensive traits including highly acidic biofluids and a teeming array of symbiotic—and toxic—bacteria."
"Courtship takes the form of a peculiar dance in which the courter repeatedly contracts its 下身. After mating, the 女性 uses a tentacle to give a fertilized egg to the 男性, which he then incubates inside himself. Upon hatching, the infant 毒黾 tears its way out of the 男性 through its posterior."
Color Variants
毒黾 fall into two color variants:
- Yellow-green 毒黾 have blue-灰壳, yellow abdomens and feet, and green forearms and mouth. They can drop 浑浊毒黾汤.
- Red 毒黾 have tan shells, red abdomens, purple feet, and dark blue forearms and mouth. They can drop 清澈毒黾汤.
