HT665：艾利欧 is a NPC in 异度神剑X. She is a 蒂法尼亚 first seen in her true form on an island near the 西门平原 in 原初荒野 at the end of the 普通任务 贝亚诺丘陵强袭作战. At a later time, she can be found in the 工业区中心 of NLA. She is found later near 白鲸街中心 in the 商业区.

Story
HT665：艾利欧 infiltrated New LA sometime after it crash-landed on 米拉 by taking the identity of a girl named 苏瑞拉 who died during the 破坏. However, due to her time with 人类, she started to have doubts on the Ganglion as many people liked and respected her in a way she never felt before. Due to this another 蒂法尼亚 named DE913：迪亚拉 later infiltrates New LA by killing and then taking the identity of a man named 克莱蒙斯 roughly a week before the 普通任务 贝亚诺丘陵强袭作战 takes place, and after doing so she started to give false information to BLADE so they would sent operatives to their deaths. however, HT665：艾利欧 sabotaged DE913: Dieara's scheme and forced her to escape while HT665：艾利欧 (posing as 克莱蒙斯) gave the location of the real Clemons' body to Cross. After discovering the truth, HT665：艾利欧 and DE913：迪亚拉 escaped to a small island outside of the city where DE913：迪亚拉 accused HT665：艾利欧 of 背叛 and attempted to kill her but 受到了保护 by Cross, after saving her, she revealed what happened to the real 苏瑞拉 and why she changed her mind on 人类. Eventually, 拉拉·奈拉 arrived and took HT665：艾利欧 into his custody as a personal favor.
The player will later encounter HT665：艾利欧 in the city, now a citizen 感谢 to Nara. She will ask the player to kidnap the Definians' mother: a cybernetic being known as 富尔顿 to force her sisters into leaving the Ganglion's ranks, triggering the mission 争夺富尔顿. After defeating SG002：斯伦纳 and taking 富尔顿 to New LA to be hacked by Ｂ教授, HT665：艾利欧 will sent the player to the 格罗斯洞窟基地 on 黑钢大陆 to take out the three leading 蒂法尼亚 sisters in the mission 歼灭蒂法尼亚. During the mission, HT665：艾利欧 asks the player about what to do with 富尔顿 after hearing all the information they needed from her, and the player is given 「解」 to destroy 富尔顿 or 膝 her.
After completing 歼灭蒂法尼亚, HT665：艾利欧 will take a human appearance simply known as 艾利欧 whose gender will be opposite of Cross's.

An opponent disguised as 古因 is fought at level 56 at the 军械性能试验场 in the 工业区 during the fourth battle of 拉斯武林大会. Right before the battle, the opponent's dialogue heavily implies that it is not really 古因, and HT665：艾利欧 reveals her true identity immediately upon defeat, having disguised herself as 古因.
