Izzi is an NPC in 异度神剑 2. He is a Gormotti child who can usually be found in Torigoth; he encounters and is accidentally electrocuted by Electra at the start of her Blade Quest, Go for it, Electra!. While the quest is ongoing he can be found at Galad Residential Zone in Gormott Province, although he is initially met at Torigoth Market and is later rescued at Koorell Pool.
