The Machina Refuge is a Secret Area in 异度神剑. It is a hidden room located on the fourth floor of Mechonis Field. There are five Machina at this location, one of whom is Bozatrox. The Machina Refuge Shop is also located here.
To get here, the party must traverse the last platform of the Great Battle Scar. This can be accomplished by warping to the Great Battle Scar, and taking the vent upwards. Once at the top, instead of going left to get to the 内部, if the party heads right, they will come to a bend that dead-ends at a long slope downwards. Slide down the slope to the first landing and then the second and climb the ladder found there. In the original version, the Machina Refuge can also be reached by repeatedly jumping forwards up the battle scar. In the Definitive Edition, jump height has been slightly lowered, so equipped Quick Step gems maxed out to 25% is required to jump to it.
