Materials are a type of item in 异度神剑X. Materials are most often obtained by defeating 敌人, and often take the form of a body part or possession of the defeated foe. Many materials can also be obtained by using Reward Tickets at the Network 中央控制台 in the BLADE HOME.
Like Important Items and collectibles, materials are often needed to complete 任务. Materials are also needed for the creation of 芯片. They can be sold for Credits.
If the party has 99 of any material in their inventory, any additional collected material is automatically sold.
Materials, like 防具 and 武器, have five rarity levels: common, rare, unique, prime, and intergalactic.
