Mechon M67 are Mechon 敌人 in 异度神剑. They can be found at level 20 - 23 near some of the 以太 Crystal Deposits at Central Pit - Level 2 in the 以太 Mine which becomes inaccessible after using the Freight Elevator to leave the mine.
There is a Story Exclusive variant in the Central Pit - Base Level of the 以太 Mine, it is fought at level 21 during the battle against Xord.
