The Mechon M72 is a story exclusive Mechon in 异度神剑. It appears at level 20 in Sword Valley, one of the first types of Mechon encountered in the game. It is fought during the Prologue, the first round of the Battle of Sword Valley, by Dunban, Dickson and Mumkhar. It is a sight 敌人. It drops no 秘宝 Chest, and grants no EXP or AP for defeating them.
There are three 其它 versions of this Mechon M72 encountered in Colony 9, one story exclusive variant fought during the second story event battle at Central Plaza, another story exclusive variant fought during the third story event battle at the Main Entrance, and a normal variant.

Appearance
Mechon M72
The Mechon M72 has a very similar appearances to Mechon M63 with the exception of the bulky, bulb-like extension on its arm instead of a rotating 爪击.
Trivia
- In cutscenes, Mechon M72 are the 将军 variety seen, and seem to be one of the main "shock troops" of the Mechon race. However, in actual gameplay terms, players are usually more likely to face Mechon M63 instead.
