居委会 is a 部门 within BLADE. This 部门 is known as Companion in the Japanese version. They aim to resolve problems between citizens of NLA, including breaking up fights and finding lost cats. 居委会 receive increased 部门 Points from completing 任务 and training scouted BLADEs. Receiving 部门 support from 居委会 grants TP Support, which grants extra TP from using Arts.
