The 灵魂音阶 with two bars filled
The 灵魂音阶 is a Mechanic in 异度神剑X. It is also known as the Soul Stage in the Japanese version. It is represented as a three-bar gauge above the Arts palette with the HP and the TP gauges. It is somewhat similar to the Tension Mechanic in 异度神剑.
The 灵魂音阶 (Soul Stage) gauge in the Japanese version
This Mechanic is linked to the 灵魂之音 Mechanic. One bar of the gauge is filled whenever a Soul Challenge is successful. The more bars of the gauge that are filled, the higher the chance of a party member triggering a Soul Challenge. In addition, some Arts rely on Morale to get additional effects, with stronger effects depending on the number of bars filled.
