意外情况 is a 普通任务 in 异度神剑X. It can be received from 莎蒂 near the 东门 in the BLADE区 of NLA. She gives the 修理工具箱 upon acceptance of the mission.

Trivia
- If the 「怪诞」电鲨 is defeated before speaking to 迈尔斯, the first objective is canceled and the second is checked off, leaving only the final objective.
