Noog Vangs are Quest Exclusive 敌人 in 异度神剑 2. They are members of the Vang family, and can be found at level 28 - 29 at the 热能 Exhaust Fork in the Empire of Mor Ardain during Ecological Survey. They are the only source of Whitescale Antenna.
