Offensive Seeker Units are Mechon 敌人 in 异度神剑. They can be found at level 56 on the Fallen Arm. There are similar looking Mechon on the Fallen Arm as well as at Mechonis Field.
These Mechon can be found at the Connecting Bridge. Defeating four of them is required to complete the quest A Tough Battle given by Kazat in the Hidden Machina Village. Additionally, they can drop the Refined Part Ms needed for Restoring the Capital 2.
Two Story Exclusive variants appear at level 52 at Power Pipe Ruins on the Fallen Arm. They must be defeated by Sharla and Reyn as part of a story event not long after the party arrives on the Fallen Arm. This variant does not carry or drop any 秘宝.
