「缘」 is 凪's fourth 牵绊 in 异度神剑X. It occurs anytime in the 内部 of the BLADE HOME of NLA.

Dialogue

NOTE: This 牵绊 is unusual in that the dialogue is the same regardless of which response is chosen at the prompt.

"Hello, Cross. Forgive my intrusion."

"I was feeling a bit peckish, and hoped there might be something to eat in here."

"Alas, it appears I was mistaken."

"Heading to the 商业区 hardly seems worth the bother. Perhaps a nice conversation would sate my hunger instead."

"So, Cross, tell me—now that you have some field experience under your belt, what type of 任务 do you prefer?"

Wildlife Assaults: "Hunting down and defeating indigens." (+heart)

Trailblazing Missions: "Installing 数据探针 at 开拓网络 probe sites."

Recovery Missions: "Reclaiming debris from the 白鲸."

R&D Missions: "Testing new 武器 for 军械公司."

Investigative Missions: "Learning more about 米拉."

「争吵/抑制」 Missions: "Patrolling New LA and resolving citizens' problems."

"Interesting. I might have guessed."

"I would very much enjoy having the freedom to choose 任务 the way you do."

"Chausson and 凡达姆 would berate me for saying so, but I often find my role as defence 秘书 to be a frustrating one."

"Do you remember when we found that piece of the 生命舱 in northern 原初荒野?"

"It takes as least half a day to get a team organized and deployed."

"Mainly because each team already has its own 任务 to take care of."

"When we need to dispatch a team quickly, we mostly have to rely on BLADE operatives that have only just returned from a deployment."

"And that means we have to get all their damaged equipment turned around and ready to go, which is a difficult way to operate."

"That wasn't the first time we discovered a piece of the 生命舱 only to see it destroyed."

"When first we located it, I was determined to secure it no matter what the cost."

"I couldn't wait a single moment longer."

"I pulled in what available BLADE operatives I could, but the operation was slipshod from the start."

"And my rash decisions led to their untimely demise."

"But when your team came to save us, I realized something."

"A small team of elite BLADEs can respond more effectively to emergency 任务 than a large deployment."

"That's why, whenever I long to participate in a field mission, I always turn to your team first."

"Heh. And what do you think about that, hmm? I'm being preposterous, I know."
