开拓部 is a 部门 within BLADE. They are pioneers and trailblazers in charge of establishing 数据探针 to expand the 开拓网络. 开拓部 receive increased 部门 Points from planting 数据探针 and discovering new locations. Receiving 部门 support from 开拓部 grants HP Support, which increases the speed of health regeneration over time.
