Pelagic Vincent is a quest-exclusive boss in 异度神剑 2. It is a member of the Aspid family, and can be found at level 81 in the Merclibay Islet in the Leftherian Archipelago during the DLC Quest Merclibay's Mightiest. It is then fought a second time along with Telluric Desirée and Celestial Bailey. The quest is exclusive to the New Quests Pack 3 of the Expansion Pass.
