Perlargos Ekidnos are 敌人 in 异度神剑. They are members of the Ekidno family, and can be found at level 40 on Khatorl Seal Island and Hode Refuge in the Eryth Sea. One of them must be defeated to complete Alcamoth's Monster Quest 3 - Part 3. They can drop Ekidno Jaw Gristles, which are needed for Getting Bigger!
