A 石蛛

石蛛 (Japanese: アラネア, 石蛛) are stony arachnoid creatures in 异度神剑X. They bear resemblance to the 异蟹 family, but have a sac on their stomach much like 丝蛛. Like them, they are considered 昆虫类. They can be found in all regions, usually in caves, magma or lava, and canyons.

Description

"Spider-like creatures that exist on a diet of specific 矿石, which they melt for consumption using acid secreted from their abdomens. Though most will not attack living organisms, there have been rare cases of mutants with carnivorous tendencies."

"After laying eggs, the 女性 will carry them in her mouth until they hatch. The hatchlings spend their larval phase atop their mother's body, and upon maturation, they attach themselves to flying creatures such as the 飞鲸, moving as far away from their maternal home as possible."

Color Variants

石蛛 fall into five color variants:

• Yellow 石蛛 have a blue-gray shell and a yellow acid sac. They can drop 石蛛金丝.
• Green 石蛛 have a light 灰壳 and a green acid sac. They can drop 石蛛银丝.
• Orange 石蛛 have a dark 灰壳 and an orange acid sac. They can drop 石蛛毒丝.
• Purple 石蛛 have a dark green shell and a purple acid sac. They can drop 石蛛黑丝.
• Lava 石蛛 have a 灰壳 and glowing-orange limb tips and acid sacs. They can drop 石蛛黑丝.
