The Revenant Volffs are Quest Exclusive 敌人 in 异度神剑: Future Connected. They are members of the Volff family, and can be found at level 67 on the Bionis' 肩 during Inclined to Climb. All three of them must be defeated to complete the quest.
As with all Quest Exclusive 敌人 in Future Connected, the Revenant Volffs drop no chests.
