罗斯科 is an NPC in 异度神剑X. He can be found at the 工业区中心 in NLA. He is a member of the 百晓部 部门.
Story
In the 工业区中心 during 下落不明的运输直升机, 罗斯科 mistakes Cross as someone who accepted his mission request. He asks them to travel to 夜光森林 to extract 霍华德 and 塞斯卡 after their disappearance in the freight helicopter. When both 霍华德 and 塞斯卡 are returned alive, 罗斯科 感谢 Cross for the rescue mission and for getting the cargo delivery to 格拉纳达·GG on time.
