If Secondary CD时间缩短 are equipped, this skill's effect is multiplicative with those 芯片. For example a level 5 精确回复 has an 18.0 seconds Cooldown, with 50 secondary CD时间缩短 equipped and a level 5 双轴加速, the secondary Cooldown of 精确回复 will become 4.5 seconds instead of 0 seconds.
