Seesaw is an NPC in 异度神剑 2. He is a 诺彭 who can be found at the Torika Alley in the Kingdom of Uraya. He is first encountered during the DLC quest Sunken Boosters, where he can sell to the party the Booster Cylinders that he crafted. Upon completion of this quest, he can make more Booster Cylinders at any time. Rurui is his cousin.
