Red chains prevent Driver actions.
Shackle Driver is a status effect in 异度神剑 2 and Torna ~ The Golden Country. It is a party debuff that temporarily seals the abilities of a Driver. When the debuff activates, the Driver becomes bound by fluorescent red chains. It lasts for 6 seconds.
During its duration the Driver cannot use any Arts, trigger Blade Specials or 开关 out their Blades. Additionally, they become unable to revive incapacitated party members. However, their Blades can still perform Blade Arts.
In Torna ~ The Golden Country, Drivers affected by the status can still swap positions using Vanguard 开关 and trigger their 开关 Arts. Since the effect doesn't affect the 牵绊 Bond, their Blades can still use their own Specials and Arts without restriction.
Defense against Shackle Driver
Applying Seal Shackle Driver will prevent an 敌人 from inflicting Shackle Driver, forcing the effect to fail.
The Priestess's Auspices and Sage's Auspices accessories can grant Drivers resistance against the status effect. Since Shackle Driver is treated as a debuff effect, the Debuff Cancel Blade Art can 驱散 it.
In Torna ~ The Golden Country, Haze's Gentle Zephyr Rear 防守 Art can cancel the debuff, and her "Summer Breeze" skill boosts party resistance to the status.
