Shadow Scouts are 敌人 in 异度神剑 2. They are members of the Tirkin family and can be found at level 14-16 at Melnath's 肩 or at Twin Trunks Hill in Gormott Province. When they detect the party, they will first travel to the closest group of Tirkin, the members of which will then target the party as well.
