Shiny New Power is a DLC Blade Quest in 异度神剑 2. After installing the "New Rare Blade Pack" of Patch (Ver.1.4.0), this quest is unlocked and can be received from Tatazo at 虎's House in the Gormott Province. After completing the quest, Poppibuster is obtained.

As with all quests obtained from the Expansion Pass, the quest will only appear after the corresponding Key Item is collected from the menu.
