Professor Soosoo is a character in 异度神剑 2. He is Professor Tatazo's 父亲 and 虎's 爷爷. He is the 发明家 of the 以太 furnaces used in artificial Blades, and worked on Lila before his laboratory was attacked and he was apparently killed.
It is later revealed that his assistant, 妙妙, had sold them out to Bana of the Argentum Trade Guild, leading the Tirkin to attack his lab and causing his apparent death.
Sometime later it is revealed that Soosoo survived his wounds from Muimui's treachery, unaware to 虎 and Tatazo and went into hiding. He later built Poppibuster and Poppi Mk. II and sent a letter to 虎's House in Gormott Province requesting for him to collect data on Blade Specials and then meet him in the Empire of Mor Ardain during the Blade Quest Shiny New Power. During the quest he can be found as an NPC at the Empire of Mor Ardain's Bulge Harbor. Upon completion of the quest Soosoo takes his leave, wishing to see 虎 and Tatazo continue their inventions without his help, however before leaving he tells 虎 that they will meet again someday.
