星沙 is a 基础任务 in 异度神剑X. It is a request to obtain some 星沙, which can be found in 白树大陆's 音无沙海南部.
The map and Follow Ball show the 将军 area, but not the precise location of the 星沙, making it necessary to conduct a visual search. The 星沙 can be seen from a distance as a red Important Item marker, though it does not appear in the inventory after collection.
