「污染」尸狼
The 污染 are a special group of creatures in 异度神剑X. There are three types of 污染 敌人, all found in 夜光森林, primarily in 死者溪谷. In the 敌人 Index, these 敌人 are not considered to be in the same category as 其它 variants of their families, although resemble them exactly 其它 than their dark purple coloration and glowing eyes.

Description
"The 污染 are abnormal variants of common creatures found only in certain parts of 夜光森林. They attack and devour anything they encounter, save for 其它 污染 creatures."
"Specimens include varieties of 烈火雄狮, 尸狼, and 飞天电鳗 that have been infected by a 病毒 that induces madness. As this 病毒 is unable to survive outside of 夜光森林, the rest of 米拉 remains safely unaffected."

Story
「污染」烈火雄狮
During the sixth chapter, the Ganglion are seen fighting a hoard of 污染 in 死者溪谷 but they are overwhelmed and forced to retreat. BLADE receives reports of an alien mech the Ganglion tried to retrieve several times, prompting Cross, 艾尔玛, 琳 and 劳 to investigate. Although the 污染 attack all 其它 lifeforms, the party is able to safely traverse the area without incident due to being mimeosomes. They are successful in retrieving the mech, but when 塔兹 arrives with some food he attracts a pack of 尸狼, who then attack the party. Although the party defeats the first few groups, they are eventually overwhelmed by 污染 Sphinxes, before a giant flying creature manages to drive off the entire pack before inexplicably flying off.
