Tarcah is an NPC in 异度神剑 2. He is an ardainian inspector who can be found near the Nharil Central Plaza in the Empire of Mor Ardain. He offers the Merc Mission Gondola Inspection. Tarcah can be found comforting a small 诺彭 girl by a streetlight. He tells the party he is surprised that intense situations have reached to Mor Ardain, initially saying that "Peace has reigned for a while now, but maybe times are starting to take a turn for the worse..."
