A 噬矿兽
噬矿兽 (Japanese: ラケンマ, Rakenma) are aquatic quadrupedal reptilian-like creatures in 异度神剑X. They are similar to 巨鳄.
Description
"These reptiles never stop growing--their final body length can easily reach over a hundred meters, and their lifespan is measured in centuries. As such, a tersqual's appetite is never fully sated. Nutrients are mostly derived from 矿石 sources, though they may prey on 其它 creatures to aid in growth. Once they have gained sufficient nutrition, 噬矿兽 will shed their skin to facilitate even larger sizes. After then eating said shed skin, sometimes they will immediately begin to shed again."
"Superiority is determined by size, which keeps interspecies 对立 to a minimum. As only the large ever succeed in mating, smaller specimens of 噬矿兽 are forced to simply continue on with their hopeless feeding cycle."
Color Variants
噬矿兽 fall into two color variants:
- Fire 噬矿兽 are blue-grey with orange spots. They are only found in 黑钢大陆 and can drop 噬矿兽火液袋es.
- 雷电 噬矿兽 are light brown with white spots. They are only found in 白树大陆 and can drop 噬矿兽电气泪s.
