A 菌孢虫
菌孢虫 (Japanese: アルダレ, Arudare) are insect-like creatures in 异度神剑X. They look like big stick 昆虫类, relatively similar to 竹节螳. They can be found in 夜光森林 and 忘却溪谷.
Description
"The skin of these creatures bears a texture reminiscent of bark or rock. They often camouflage themselves in the tops of trees, lashing out with scythe-like forelimbs whenever a 潜力 meal stumbles too close. The grasping apparatus on its tail is used to clamp onto tree trunks, as well as to hold the body of the 女性 in place during mating."
"Thallus eggs resemble plant seeds in both form and function, and the hatchlings that emerge are long, thin and string-like. These larvae will coil around branches and imitate vines until ready to enter the pupal phase."
Color Variants
菌孢虫 fall into two color variants:
- Dark thalluses are lighter in coloration. They can drop 菌孢虫黑色触须e. They appear in 夜光森林.
- White thalluses are darker in coloration. They can drop 菌孢虫红色触须e. They appear in 忘却溪谷.

菌孢虫 is derived from Greek thallos, meaning "twig."
