Titan Helms are heavy head armour in 异度神剑. One can be found on the second visit to Prison Island by lowering the Bone Pillar and entering the revealed rooms by the foot of the main staircase in Central Hall.
If the Bone Pillar has already been raised, it can be lowered again by activating the same panel again. Getting to this panel requires re-entering the Kitchen. The Kitchen Door Key must first be collected from the hall south of the Arena, then the Kitchen can be reentered by using the door on the south wall between the Banquet Hall and the Kitchen.
