Tortor is an NPC in 异度神剑 2. Tortor is a 诺彭 who can be found by, after going to Bower Lounge in the Argentum Trade Guild's Goldmouth, going down a small flight of stairs to the left of the stairs going up to Rumbletum Canteen. He is standing outside a house on a small ledge on the outside of the ship.
After speaking to him, if the “Invite” option is chosen, he will ask the player to find him an Ancient Salvaging Suit. After obtaining the suit and speaking to Tortor again, he will head to Fonsett. He will then be located at the Azure Schoolhouse in Fonsett Village.
