Tully is an NPC in 异度神剑 2. He is an ardainian who can be found at the Admar Storage Zone in the Empire of Mor Ardain. He offers the Merc Mission Antique Judgment. He works with cargo storage and is a stickler for detail, as he stacks boxes for "maximum efficiency" and expresses frustration with taxation in Mor Ardain; he also has a family and was saving up to purchase Elgeschel Hobby Store before it changes hands, although he admits that the new owner has good new games for sale.
