Water Boatmans are collectables in 异度神剑. They can be found in Mechonis Field and Colony 6. According to their description, they are hard to pick up because of their slipperiness which protects them against foes.
Location
Mechonis Field - the following locations have the highest spawn rate (50%) for Water Boatman (夜间 only):
Colony 6 - Park. Special LV3 and after completing Mechonis core. The highest spawn rate is 11%, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
