Wind Vangs are 敌人 in 异度神剑. They are members of the Vang family, and can be found at level 9 in Tephra Cave. They can be found near the Spring of Grief. Defeating five of them is required to complete the quest A Young Captain's Suffering given by Emmy Leater in Colony 9.

Misspelling
Although they are called "Wind Vang" in Tephra Cave, the quest A Young Captain's Suffering refers to them as "Wing Vang". This mistake is corrected in the New 3DS version of 异度神剑.
