They are Mechon, and can be found at level 59 in several areas of Central Factory, including the ramp from Landing Strip 1 to floor 1F, the north end of floor 1F, the Maintenance Wing, and the upper level between the Tower Boarding Gate and Face Maintenance Bay. They can drop the 强化活塞s needed for Best Boots.
